Presently, to strengthen our highly qualified and competent team we are looking for Associates in the areas of Relationship Management & Project Identification, Talent Acquisition and Supply Chain Management. A brief of the role and requirements is mentioned below.

A Relationship Management & Project Identification Associate, will lead the exploration and identification of projects requiring the deployment of one or more of M & H services and solutions. Someone who has a very strong motivation and desire to connect with people, good listening skill and a pleasing personality to create a lasting impression of M & H’s goal and capabilities in the minds of Business representatives or prospective clients.

A Talent Acquisition Associate, will identify the right fit, on job specs and men specs, that are most appropriate to the client’s requirements. Someone with a very good knowledge of, and experience in the particular functional area and who is able to effectively assess and match a candidate’s potential for a particular assignment/role.

A Supply Chain Management Associate will analyze the Client’s customer fulfillment process, identify the issues at every stage, recommend suitable actions and plans for improvement and facilitate the implementation of the required actions, for the customer fulfillment process to contribute effectively and tangibly to the Client’s Business Goals.
